Terms of Service
These Terms set out the conditions on which DigiClient AI (the “Service”) is provided and the rights and obligations between us and you (the “User”). Using the Service means you accept these Terms.
1. The Service
The Service is business software that provides AI replies, campaigns, bookings, payments and customer analytics through LINE Official Accounts, WhatsApp Business and similar channels.
2. Accounts
You must keep your registration details accurate and your credentials secure. One account may hold several business workspaces.
3. Fees, billing and cancellation
- Pricing: First 30 days free, then JPY 9,800 / month (tax included).
- A free trial is available first. Register a payment method before the trial ends and billing then recurs monthly.
- You may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future billing. There is no proration and no refund for part of a period.
4. Prohibited conduct
You must not act unlawfully or contrary to public order, infringe the rights of others, send nuisance messages or spam, reverse-engineer the Service, or interfere with its operation. Messaging must follow each platform's own terms and its consent rules.
5. Customer data and the DPA
You are the controller for customer data you upload. We process it as your processor under the Data Processing Addendum.
6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Service is provided as is, without warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted operation or freedom from error. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for damages caused by us is capped at the fees you paid in the preceding month.
7. Changes to these Terms
We may change these Terms as necessary and will publish material changes on this page.
8. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute relating to the Service is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court with jurisdiction over our registered office as the court of first instance.
Note: the governing LANGUAGE of this document is English (see above); the governing LAW is Japanese law, as stated in section 8. These are separate things.
